1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the 1POP Advertising Network ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register or use our services.
2. Publisher Guidelines & Traffic Quality
Publishers monetizing website inventory through 1POP must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- All registered websites must be owned by or legally operated by the account owner.
- Traffic generated using automated bots, click farms, PTC sites, or artificial impression manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Direct link address-bar visiting or bypassing HTTP referers to trigger ad impressions is blocked by our Anti-Cheat engine and will result in account suspension.
- Ad tags must be embedded without modification in approved domain codebases.
3. Advertiser Campaign Rules
Advertisers creating Popunder, Image Banner, or Text Ad campaigns must comply with international advertising standards:
- Ads containing malware, phishing URLs, forced downloads, or illegal content are strictly banned.
- Advertisers are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balances. Campaigns will automatically pause if the daily or total budget limit is reached.
- Minimum campaign daily budget starts at $0.10 USD.
4. Payments, USDT & FaucetPay Payouts
1POP processes all deposits and publisher withdrawals exclusively in USDT (Tether) via FaucetPay API:
- Minimum publisher withdrawal threshold is $0.001 USDT.
- Deposits made by Advertisers are non-refundable once impressions have been served.
- Account balances are maintained in USD and converted to USDT at the time of payout.
5. Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Anti-Fraud policies or generate fraudulent impressions without prior notice. Forfeited balances due to severe fraud will not be refunded.
